One of the most surprising BENEFITS I experienced with EFT was a radical reduction in STRESS. It has been scientifically proven that EFT reduces cortisol activity (the stress hormone) by 43%. This naturally led to an improvement in symptoms related to the stomach, an area that often bears the brunt of anxiety and worry. When our emotions remain in this state, they drain a significant amount of our energy and, over time, can lead to physical discomfort, difficulties in managing anxiety and stress, relational or work-related issues, addictions, phobias, and more. The goal is to restore the flow of energy, thereby reestablishing your psychophysical well-being as an indivisible unity of body, mind, and spirit.
From a practical perspective, we will tap on specific points of the body, most of which are located at the ends of acupuncture meridians. At the same time, I will guide you safely through the discomfort until the energy trapped within is released.
I trained as an EFT practitioner only after experiencing it myself, during a period in my life when physical discomfort did not have a clinical explanation. I had been experiencing pain in my chest, diaphragm, and stomach. Determined to break free from a cycle of frustration, I explored the energetic connection between mind and body.
I realized that:
Until then, I had been focusing on treatment rather than addressing the CAUSE;
My body was communicating with me and needed ATTENTION;
My body was RECORDING feelings on an energetic and cellular level;
My emotions had become FROZEN in the body, waiting to be RELEASED;
My traumatic memories needed to be RELEASED with a technique involving the body;
My body is made of VIBRANT ENERGY, and negative emotions vibrate at a low frequency within it;
My body required energetic rebalancing;
EFT, the emotional release technique, was the SOLUTION I had been seeking.
